Lillian Kay

As co-owner of FCRE Home and First Commercial Real Estate, I bring a business owner's perspective to every deal. For over a decade, I've helped buyers, sellers, and investors across Salem and the Willamette Valley find the right home. I especially love guiding first-time home buyers through every step of the process, and welcoming buyers moving from out of town as their local guide to all things Salem. I'm honest, I'm direct, and I'm a tough negotiator, because your investment matters more to me than my paycheck.

I grew up around construction. My father owns Stanko Construction, a luxury custom home builder here in the valley, so I know how homes are built, not just how they show. That eye helps my clients buy smart and sell well.

I love this community. I've volunteered with Family Building Blocks since 2015, joined its board in 2018, and recently finished a two-year term as board chair. I also serve on the board of Isaac's Room, which helps young people in Salem build the skills and confidence to stand on their own.

I love the Willamette Valley and the growth we're experiencing here. In 2019, my husband and I decided to buy a 50-year-old Pinot Noir vineyard and build our dream home.

Farming is a labor of love for our family, so I also understand agricultural land and farm sales. Real estate is my passion, and with our team of residential and commercial brokers, we can help you in any capacity.
